When will I receive my 80G certificate?
80G certificates are generated automatically after your donation is confirmed (usually within 24 hours) and sent to your registered email address.
Is my donation eligible for a tax deduction?
Yes. TSHF is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Donations qualify for a 50% deduction from taxable income.
Can I donate in someone's name?
Absolutely. During the donation process, select 'Anonymous' if you prefer privacy, or you can mention the recipient's name in the message field.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds for duplicate payments and technical errors. Please refer to our Refund Policy page or contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
