Refund Policy

Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable

All donations made to Tin Songi Health Foundation (TSHF) are voluntary contributions and are generally non-refundable. Once a donation is made, funds are immediately allocated towards active healthcare campaigns.

Technical Errors

If a payment was deducted from your account but not confirmed, or if you were charged twice due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days at refunds@tshf.org with your transaction ID.

Processing Refunds

Valid refund requests will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
