1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this platform and making a donation, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Donations

All donations are voluntary. Funds raised are used for healthcare programs as described in each campaign. We are committed to transparency in fund utilisation.

3. 80G Tax Certificates

Eligible donors (Indian residents with valid PAN) receive 80G certificates for income tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Certificates are issued based on TSHF's registration validity.

4. Platform Use

Users must not misuse this platform, attempt to make fraudulent payments, or provide false information. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious transactions.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
